When booking a bag, please allow 2 - 2.5 hours for set-up, drip, and clean-up time. However, you can expect to go about your business uninterrupted for the majority of your reservation. Once you have booked, please fill out all forms as thoroughly as possible so your bagtender can review your chart prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Our signature cocktails are hand-crafted just prior to arrival in order to maintain the freshness and integrity of our heady ingredients. This means that last minute cancellations will result in waste as we don’t store bags for future use. We kindly ask that you help us maintain our high standards by changing or cancelling your reservation at least 2 hours prior to our arrival. We understand that life happens, but non-emergent cancellations with less than a two-hour notice will result in a 50% fee. Alternatively, if you need to stop your infusion before the bag has finished for any non-medical reason, you will be charged the full price of the bag.
