Setting the Industry Standard for Luxury Medical Wellness

Staff.

The administration of intravenous fluids is a medical procedure. As such, we believe that a licensed clinician trained in patient diagnosis and treatment should be on site to decisively address any complications should they arise. This means that either a physician, a physician assistant, or a nurse practitioner will be present during your Bag Bar reservation. Our patients’ safety always comes first, and you can rest assured that you’ll be in the most capable hands.

Ingredients.

Our ingredients have been curated from the highest quality pharmacies, selecting the most bioavailable forms of our vitamins and choosing naturally occurring products whenever possible. We believe in the value of transparency and are happy to share our labels upon request.

Barware.

We proudly serve our cocktails using exclusively non-PVC, non-DEHP, non-latex, preservative-free saline bags and filtered IV administration equipment. We’re doing our best to exclude micro-plastics from our cocktails, and we certainly wouldn’t want to be injecting them directly into your veins.

Ethos.

Our recipes are crafted considering both the individual benefit of each ingredient and how the ingredients work synergistically to achieve the most powerful results. At Bag Bar, we’re keeping the synergy flowing! We are a women-owned business with a strong commitment to community through our Benevolence Bags initiative, our ongoing support of other women-owned small businesses, and our commitment to eco-friendly products and socially conscious merchandise. We strongly believe that individual wellness contributes to societal wellness, particularly when we work together.

It was July 2023, I was 9 months pregnant with our 4th child, and I was being discharged from the hospital with recurrent, unpredictable fainting episodes. I was leaving the hospital with the same problem I went in with, and I had no treatment plan aside from bed rest. I honestly felt betrayed by the medical field, especially since I had dedicated myself to it as a physician assistant. At this point, I was constantly terrified of losing consciousness, falling, and harming my unborn baby. To make matters worse, I wasn’t able to care for my other children who were only 2, 4 and 5 years old at the time. I felt like a complete failure as a mom, but it took feeling that way to realize that prioritizing my own health would actually make me a better parent.

Armed with my medical background, I threw myself into researching supplements and trying to optimize my health with small, sustainable changes. Two years later, I’ve lost over 80 pounds, and gained so much perspective. I’ve learned that taking care of myself is, in fact, one of the many ways I take care of my family, and I feel so blessed to be liberated from the confines of a body that was not working well. I also discovered that vitamin therapy is a powerful means of helping us reach our maximum potentials. While traditional pharmacotherapy aims to correct the impacts of a bodily dysfunction, the goal of vitamin therapy is to provide the building blocks for the body to operate optimally in order to heal itself.

Fueled by my sincere desire to help others find their happiness in healthiness, I’ve had a fifth child- meet Bag Bar. I’ve consulted with one of LA’s top regenerative medicine physicians to bring the best of this West Coast phenomenon to the Jersey Shore, and I can’t wait to share our cocktails with everyone.

When I reflect on that July day that I was discharged from the hospital, I no longer see a hopeless situation, but instead I see the catalyst for the changes that have given me back my life and opened so many doors. When life gives you lemons, make lemonade … and serve it in an IV bag 😜

Wishing you wellness,
